Esencia is a 2.25 acre property of Provo native vegetation directly on the beach in Long Bay, Turks and Caicos Islands. The lush plants and trees are wild and natural, giving you the feeling of being in the midst of undisturbed jungle. We have built in a way that flows with the land and the nature. Our pathways wind through the bush and follow nature’s creation. Our buildings appear to have been dropped in. The smell of wild flowers tantalizes your senses and the beautiful wild orchids reveal their magic. With only 10 Turks and Caicos vacation suites in 4 elegant villas, it is designed for privacy and tranquillity.

LONG BAY BEACH

A 3 mile-long stretch of pure white sand a few steps away from your Long Bay Beach vacation villa. The rich and intense turquoise color of the sea will astound you. The warmth and gentleness of the water will appease you. You can spend hours in the shallow water very comfortably. You will often only see a handful of people on the entire beach and maybe a few occasional horseback riders.

''If you are looking for a secluded piece of paradise, this is it!! The space is the perfect size for single or couple. The furnishings and space are clean and modern. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need, so just bring food and some reusable plastic cups to take to the beach. Speaking of beach, it is a short walk to the most breathtaking beach, Long Bay. I know Grace Bay Beach is more widely known and has been named the number one beach, but I beg to differ. Long Bay Beach is amazing! Ritama’s secluded piece of paradise is truly special. Your only disappointment will be leaving. I will definitely return!!''

Beautiful Property

''The Property villas were laid out as though you were the only ones there. Pathways for each villa was surrounded with lovely trees, bushes and flowers creating a sense of division, of isolation. The villas are well appointed and you can tell the owners have thoughtfully decorated each unit. All villas were steps away from the beautiful beach. The beach is great for families with small children because the water is only 2-3 feet deep. It's mostly used for sail boarding. This property is well away from all the ruckus - perfect for a quiet, rested vacation''

The villa is exactly as pictured and described in the listing, and it's even more beautiful than you could imagine! From the top-notch furnishings to the perfect beach-side location, every part of this villa is unbelievably comfortable, stylish, and clean. There are seating areas everywhere--pool loungers, dining table by the bbq, and the deck on the beach. These made it so nice to relax and enjoy both the house and the beach. We would come back in a heartbeat!

As self-development trainers, authors and avid kiteboarders, we wanted a place in nature that supported a simple and natural lifestyle. We were looking for a quiet, natural environment for our Turks and Caicos villas, close to nature and the sea, away from the buzz of city, roads and pollution. This location fit that description perfectly ... no sounds except the wind, the trees and the sea - and it turned out to be the best location for kiteboarding too.
